Right of withdrawal, private individuals You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from receiving the item, and you are responsible for the return shipping. The item must be returned in unchanged condition and in its original packaging. Carelessly used items and special orders will not be accepted. Special orders refer to items that are outside Kentw.se's regular range. If the original packaging is missing or there are clear signs that the returned product has been used, a price reduction of up to 30% of the item's value may be applied. We do not accept cash on delivery or after-payment packages. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you as the customer have the right to a full refund within 14 days from the notification to KentW. For the cost of returning items, we recommend checking with PostNord, Schenker, or another shipping company for current prices.

A complaint needs to be made within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered, which is considered to be 2 months.
